Step Debugging with an ESP-PROG

This article documents my journey of setting things up to step debug through my code using PlatformIO (VSCode) and an ESP32 microcontroller. Hopefully it can help save someone days of google searching and fiddling around with settings. Here are the steps that got me going after many hours of trial and error.
